Receiving at Omniva Parcel Machine

In the parcel machine, select "Receive the shipment" and enter the pickup code displayed in in the parcel machine, select "Receive the shipment" and enter the pickup code displayed in the notification. The parcel will be stored for 7 calendar days from the first notification. Storage cannot be extended. If the parcel is not picked up, it will be sent back to the seller.

If the parcel machine is overloaded or has no available spaces, Omniva courier service has the right to redirect the parcel to the nearest available Omniva parcel machine without prior notice. During peak periods, we recommend selecting less crowded parcel machines to receive your package as quickly as possible.

DPD Terms and Conditions

International Delivery via Latvia Post

Orders from Latvia are dispatched via Latvia Post, but the responsibility for delivery in the recipient's country may be transferred to the relevant local delivery service. Depending on the delivery service, the shipment may be delivered to the nearest post office, parcel machine, or by courier. If the shipment is delivered to a pickup point, you will receive a notification. If delivered by courier, they will contact you in advance.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by the platform Makecommerce.lv, and the necessary personal data for payment execution is transferred to AS Maksekeskus.

When paying via internet banking, confirm the payment and click the "Return to the merchant" button.

The distance contract takes effect when the payment is received in the seller's bank account. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed and refunded no later than 14 days after.

Agreement to Terms

To fulfill the order, we use courier services and payment processing platforms. By making a purchase, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to not only the website's terms but also the terms of the courier service and payment platform. 

On the order confirmation page, it is recommended to include the following text: Payments are processed by Makecommerce.lv. For payment processing, you will be redirected to the partner platform.
